(1) If the commission deems it necessary, it may inspect all or some of the answer sheets that have been tested according to rule 20.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if any expert or expert does not comply with the conditions to be followed while examining the answer sheet, the answer sheet examined by such expert will be re-examined.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), the answer sheet shall not be re-examined after the publication of the results of the written examination.
